At LumiiPet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at lumiipet@zohomail.eu with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. Send the item back to us using a tracked postal service.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@lumiipet.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: grooming products that have been opened and used.
